Main tasks:
- Supportive coordination to ensure successful project targets in the field of MHPSS
- Enhanced implementation of monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning strategies
- Task-related professional collaboration with stakeholders, clusters, partners, beneficiaries
- Planning and execution of organizational capacity development measures
Qualifications:
- University degree in in psychology, sociology or a comparable qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in project implementation
- Good knowledge of project cycle management and MEAL methodologies
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Forms)
- Fluent language skills in Arabic and English (verbally and in writing)
- Good analytical and intercultural skills, ability to think strategically and solution-oriented
- Enthusiasm, motivation, self-confidence, and a proactive approach to problem solving
